Why buy from us and what makes us different? Well national competitions give you a good indication of the quality of the product a business produces. We have made our name by winning some awards for our products.

We won the:

· “Slow Food Award” for our halloumi cheese 2006.

· A third prize for our homemade ice cream in 2006 in the National cheese championships.

· The owner, Sonja Ferreira was runner up in The Female Farmer of the Year award in the Western Cape in 2004.

· Ferreira won Female Farmer of the Year for National markets in 2007.

· Ferreira was also one of 6 finalists in the Sanlam/ Landbouweekblad Entrepreneur Award 2008. 

These are all awards we would not have won if the public didn’t enjoy our products. We are also the only goat milk producer in the area where people have a sit down and enjoy our products or buy direct from us on the same premises where the product get made. This business is one of a kind. We do have the largest range of goat milk products in South Africa and we are still adding to our range.
